In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to inform our customers that we will be adhering strictly to all advice provided by the World Health Organisation. We are also closely observing all protocols advised by local and international authorities.
The well-being of our customers, engineers and staff is of absolute priority, and we would like to assure you that health and safety have our complete attention.
All of our employees and engineers are fully updated on the current requirements and are undertaking radical health and safety measures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our daily work – particularly for our engineers visiting customers.
Any members of staff or our engineers returning from the affected areas abroad – or those who have family members or housemates recently returned from these regions – have automatically been asked to self-quarantine for fourteen days. This has been the case across the company for some weeks now.
MZR Drainage thinks it is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers, furthermore, fully PPE will be worn at all times by our engineers to safeguard them and our customers.
