Needed a urgent CCTV survey completed as part of a build over agreement with Severn Trent Water. Having rang many other drainage companies decided to go with MZR having read reviews online.Was in contact with Michael who was great and very informative and got me a date sorted asap.Paul came out to complete the survey itself- I wasn't present on the day of the survey but Paul was brilliant in keeping me updated.The guys at the office (sorry didn't get names) were also brilliant in keeping me updated and having called Thursday, they came out Friday and it's now Tuesday and I'm glad to say STW have just issued their provisional build over agreement!This would not have been possible if it wasn't for the quick response by MZR.Where all others were saying id be looking at at least a week for survey to take place and another week for the report- Michael and his team managed to sort this in a matter of days!!The report provided by MZR was very precise, and clear and there's no doubt this aided in my application being sorted so quickly. STW were very open with me in saying make sure whoever I choose to do the CCTV survey- they ensure they are compliant and include all the required information.I will be booking MZR again for the required post build survey but it's reassuring to know I'll be dealing with a professional company.Value for money- again came out in top of all other quotes. ????????This could have been a far more stressful situation and I was planning for such, but MZR's prompt and professional approach meant this got sorted very quickly.Thanks again and 5*'s all round!Will be in touch soon.Mak

Very efficient service.Required a one-way rat valve in the sewer, found MZR on Google, sent a message through their website, received an email back very quickly with a price and a couple of access questions.Once the part was in, they contacted me for an installation date and it got fitted quickly and without any hassle.Brilliant service and highly recommended.
